The learned counsel for the parties i.e. Shri N V Bandiwadekar for the Petitioner, Shri I M Khairdi for the Respondent No.1, Ms.Ujwala Karpe, and Shri R S Alange for the Respondent No.4 tender the Consent Terms bearing today's date i.e. 29/06/2015 evidencing the settlement arrived at between the parties. The Petitioner and the Respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 have signed the Consent Terms as well as their respective advocates. The learned counsel for the parties pray for disposal of the above Petition in terms of the said Consent Terms. The Petitioner and the Respondent No.2 are personally present in Court and are identified by the learned counsel Shri Bandiwadekar and Shri Khairdi, both of them state that the Consent Terms are acceptable to them and that they have signed them of their own will and volition. The Respondent No.2 states lgc

wp-7406.12 that the consent terms are also acceptable to the Respondent Nos.1 and 4 and that they have signed them of their own free will and volition. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The undertaking mentioned in paragraph 5 of the Consent Terms is accepted.
