The Petitioner seeks direction for holding the election of APMC. The learned A.G.P. submits that the Circular is issued by the State of Maharashtra postponing the elections upto 30.09.2022. In view of the fact, that the elections have been postponed considering the exigency in the State, it would not be appropriate as on the date to pass further order with regard to conduct of elections. 11 wp9167-22.docx In view of the above, Petitioner may agitate his grievance after the Government withdraws the restraint order on holding of the elections. Needless to state, the all contentions of the Petitioner are kept open.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
