Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicants. When the writ petition filed by the applicants same up for admission on 23rd January 2006, as none appeared for the applicants, the petition was dismissed for non-prosecution. The present civil application for restoration has been filed on 14th September 2006. In view of the averments made in the application, a case for restoration is made out. Accordingly, civil application is allowed and the writ petition is restored to the file. Writ petition shall be listed under the caption of fresh admission on 25th September 2018.
