It appears that the issues are framed only on 24th March 2022 and thereafter the matter is adjourned to 6th June 2022 for furnishing a list of witnesses.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner is not aware, whether the Plaintiff has submitted the list of witnesses. The Petitioner seeks directions to the Trial Court to decide the suit filed by the Petitioner, expeditiously.
