Ms. Chopda, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition due to change in circumstances, however, she states that withdrawal of this petition ought not to come in the way of any further application which the petitioner may intend to file, if it becomes necessary for the petitioner to file such application in future circumstances. It is observed that the petitioner would have liberty to move any fresh application in the circumstances which may arise in future and the withdrawal of this petition in such event shall not in any manner affect the petitioner. Needless to observe that the contentions of the respondents in that regard shall also be required to be kept open. 2.

Allowed to be withdrawn with the above liberty. 3.

All contentions of the parties on the pending proceedings are kept open.
