Action under Section 390 of the Cr.P.C. against Respondent Nos. 2 and 3. The procedure for bail be complied with before the Trial Court. The Trial Court is directed to release Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 on bail on their furnishing separate PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) each, with one or two local sureties in the like amount.
