The petition is filed for Hebeaus Corpus seeking custody of child-minor son of the Petitioner, who is stated to be with the inlaws of the Petitioner. The petition itself states that the minor is residing with the Respondent's maternal grand parents after the minor's mother died an unnatural death committing suicide and Petitioner is charged with abetment to suicide. 2.

On 28 September 2021 notice was issued in the Petition. The Petitioner did not give spare copies, therefore, notice could not be issued. By order dated 11 October 2021 further time was given. Till

Priya Soparkar 2 15 wp 3323-21-cr date the spare copies are not given and as a result Respondents have not been served. Amendment is also not carried out. None appears for the Petitioner. It appears that Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the petition.
