Learned counsel for the Applicants submitted that, the parties herein have settled the matter amicably and have executed Consent Terms dated 11th April 2022. He tendered across the bar Consent Terms dated 11th April 2022. The said Consent Terms are signed by Applicant No.2 in his personal capacity and as Constituted Attorney of the Revision Applicant Nos.3 and 4. Necessary general Power of Attorney given in his favour by the said two persons is annexed with the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are signed by the Constituted Attorney of the Respondents. General Power of Attorney given in favour of Mrs.Mugdha Sawant is also annexed alongwith the Consent Terms. The signatories to the Consent Terms are
