By this application, the applicant seeks expeditious disposal of his case, which is pending before the Special Judge (MCOC Act), Raigad, Alibag.

Perused the report dated 2nd March, 2016 of the learned Special Judge (MCOC Act), Raigad, Alibag. It appears that the trial has commenced and that the recording of evidence of PW 1 is in progress. Since the trial has commenced, it is expected that the learned Special Judge will dispose of the case expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed on this application. The application is disposed of accordingly. 4.

The Deputy Commissioner of Police, Head Quarters, Navi Mumbai, to ensure that the applicant is produced before the Special Judge (MCOC Act), Raigad, Alibag, on every date of hearing. 5.

Copy of this order be forwarded to the learned Special Judge, who is seized of the case as well as to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Head Quarters, Navi Mumbai. Copy of the order also be forwarded to the applicant, who is lodged in Taloja Central Prison. REVATI MOHITE DERE, J.
