This matter is moved by way of a praecipe dated 5.4.2019 for withdrawal of the petition on the ground that the parties have filed consent terms dated 28.1.2019 for divorce by mutual consent in Marriage Petition No.A.235/2013 before the Family Court at Thane. In pursuance thereof, the learned Judge, Family Court at Thane has passed decree on 15.3.2019 dissolving the marriage between the parties by mutual consent under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short, 'Act'). The praecipe dated 5.4.2019 along with consent terms 1 / 2
2 504.wp.4500-19 dated 28.1.2019 and the order dated 15.3.2019 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Thane in Marriage Petition No.A-235/2013 are taken on record and marked 'X collectively'.

Mr. Dharap states that the petitioner is present in the Court today. He has tendered a photo-copy of her PAN card, which is taken on record and marked 'Y' for identification. Upon taking instructions from her, Mr. Dharap seeks permission to withdraw the petition. 5.
In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Dharap, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. 6.
All concerned parties to act upon the authenticated copy of this order. Order accordingly.
