Learned counsel representing the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation has placed on record an affidavit of Dr. Maheskumar Uttamrao Doiphode dated 13th February, 2015. The affidavit discloses that the Municipal Corporation has adopted a policy dealing with transfer of Municipal Officers and the other employees. A circular dated 13th February, 2015 is issued incorporating the said policy decision which is annexed to the said affidavit.

If the petitioner has any suggestion about the said policy, he can submit the same to the Municipal Corporation. It is obvious that as the policy has been framed by the Municipal Corporation, now all the transfers will have to be effected in terms of the said policy contained in the annexure to the said reply dated 13th

2 pil106.11 February, 2015. Hence, it is not necessary to keep this petition pending. We accept the statements made in the affidavit dated 13th February, 2015 of Dr. Maheskumar Uttamrao Doiphode filed on behalf of the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation. We dispose of the petition subject to grant of liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate representation to the Municipal Corporation. (A.K. MENON, J.) (A.S. OKA, J.)
