Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tenders additional affidavit affirmed on 16th July, 2018 and states that after refusal of the ad-interim relief granted by this Court on 7th July, 2018, the authorities have already demolished the structure. In my view nothing survives in this writ petition. The writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
