Mr. Kauteshwarkar, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, has informed that Petitioner no.1, who is the original complainant, is dead, and as such, he seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Leave granted.

We grant leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to Petitioner no.2 to avail all remedies available in law in respect of the prosecution lodged against him bearing First Information Report No.55 of 2015, registered at Shivji Nagar Police Station, Pune, on 13th March, 2015.

The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as referred to above.
