1] In furtherance of Order dated 9th July 2018, the applicant tendered a demand draft of Rs.11,000/- drawn on Bank of Maharashtra dated 27th July 2018 in favour of the first informant today in the Court to the informant who is personally present in the Court. The same is towards difference between weight of the ornaments as noted in the said Order dated 9th July 2018.

2] The said demand draft is handed over to the first informant and she has acknowledged the receipt of the same on a photo copy of the said demand draft.
