In view of urgency, taken on production board. 2] According to the petitioner the matter for regularization of his possession over the land in question is pending before the Tahsildar Thane as would be clear from the report dated 16th June 2017 (Exhibit 'L') submitted by the Circle Officer, Dahisar, District Thane. A prayer has been made to dispose of this petition by directing the Tahsildar to consider and take appropriate decision in regard to the petitioner's claim in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible. 1/2

While taking the decision, all contentions of the petitioner including the resolutions and the order passed by this Court from time to time shall also be taken into consideration by the Tahsildar. 4] Needless to say that while deciding the petitioner's claim, the objections and grounds as may be raised by the respondent no.2 Thane Municipal Corporation shall also be taken into consideration. 5] Parties to appear before the Tahsildar on 1st August 2017 at 11.00 a.m.
