By these applications, the Applicant has sought condonation of delay and restoration of appeal which was dismissed for non compliance of the conditional order dated 26.04.2022, whereunder the Applicant was required to remove office objections within a period of three weeks. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the office objections will be removed within a period of two weeks. In the light of the said statement, and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the delay is condoned. Appeal is ordered to be restored to be filed after removal of office objections.
