The above Civil Application has been filed for restoration of the above Petition which has stood dismissed for non-prosecution on account of the non-appearance of the Learned Advocate for the Petitioner on 17th June 2015 when it was listed for final hearing. The reasons why the Advocate could not appear are mentioned in the Civil Application especially paragraph 2 thereof. None had appeared for the Respondent also on the said date. Hence, accepting the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, Writ Petition is restored to BGP.
