Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The prayer is for quashing the First Information Report. It is not in dispute that after completion of the investigation, chargesheet has been filed against the Petitioner alleging commission of offences punishable under Sections 199, 200, 464, 468, 471 and 420 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Therefore, the Petitioner has a remedy before the concerned Court. By keeping the remedy of the Petitioner open, we dispose of the Petition. All contentions on merits are kept open.
