Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

Applicant submits that by mistake earlier advocate has filed the present Civil Application for bringing legal heirs on record of respondent nos.2 and 3 and for other reliefs. He submits that applicant may be permitted to withdraw the present Civil Application with liberty to file afresh application for same cause of action. To that effect, he has given in writing on farad. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Same is accepted.
