After arguing for some time, when I expressed by disinclination to grant any relief, learned counsel for the applicant requested for unconditional withdrawal of this application. His request is accepted. The application is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and is disposed of accordingly. Needless to say that the trial court shall decide the trial on merits of the case, on the basis of evidence led before it.
