The order dated 13/07/2023, recorded prima facie case in favour of the Appellant and the note was taken of the material discrepancy. The Appellant was admitted to the interim protection, which continues till date. 2.

The learned A.P.P. Mr.Agarkar makes a statement that on completion of investigation, now the charge-sheet is fled and as such, custodial interrogation of the Appellant is not warranted.

In the wake of the above statement, order dated 13/07/2023 is made absolute.
