Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

This is an application seeking extension of time for furnishing solvent sureties as directed in the order dated 1st July, 2015, whereby this Court had granted bail to the present applicant and had also Talwalkar 1/2

919.appp612.15.sxw directed that he be enlarged on provisional cash bail for a period of 4 weeks.

The learned Counsel submits that the applicant was released on cash bail on 3/7/2015. He has made arrangement for the solvent sureties. However, he could not furnish the same within the stipulated period due to inevitable circumstance and the documents needed to be verified. Hence, the applicant prays for extension of time to furnish solvent sureties.

In view of this, the extension of two weeks is granted for furnishing solvent sureties. The application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
