It has been brought to our notice by the learned counsel representing the petitioners that after filing of the writ petition, for redressal of the grievances, the petitioners have filed representation dated 27th July 2023 to the Managing Director of the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd. - respondent no.1. A copy of the said representation has been handed over to the learned Senior Advocate representing the respondent no.1.

In view of the above, without making any observation as to the merit of the claim of the respective parties, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Managing
