Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that respondent No.1 Shri Vasant Namdeo Sase, Respondent No.15 Shri Eknath Namdev Sase and Respondent No.19 Shri Kusum Namdev Sase are dead and their legal heirs are to be brought on record. He submits that in the schedule of this application, the names of all the legal representatives of the respective deceased respondents are mentioned and accordingly, the applicants be allowed to carry out amendments in the Civil Revision Application. by Vishwanath Satyanarayana Sherla Date:
