Shri. Shirish Dalal in C.R.No.36 of 2016 dated 30.09.2016 registered with Satpati Police Station under Sections 193(1), 195, 196, 120-B, 109, 166, 167, 177, 182, 218, 379, 388, 389, 395, 409, 466, 467, 468, 469 and 471 of Indian Penal Code.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications for intervention are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 3.

The applicants in ABA/1861/2016, ABA/2000/2016, ABA/2135/2016 and ABA/2196/2016 are hereby directed to implead the first informant Shri. Shirish Dalal as respondent No.2. 4.

Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned Counsel for the first informant within the same stipulated period. 5.
