The learned Counsel Mr. Prajapati prays for an adjournment on the ground that the advocate on record is unable to attend the court today. Leave note is not filed. On 18/6/2015 this Court has observed that the petition was dismissed for non-prosecution on 31st October, 2014. The petition was restored vide order dated 18/6/2015. On 21st October, 2015, the matter appeared before this Court. This Court had observed that none appears for the petitioner, stand over to 1/12/2015. 18.wp2260.09.sxw the pendency of this petition shall not be construed as a stay to the proceedings in Appeal No. ALS/0606/A-104/PL-9. On 10/2/2016 the petitioner had appeared in person. On 24/2/2016 at the request of the Petitioner in person, the matter was adjourned to 23rd March, 2016. None appeared for the Petitioner on 23rd March, 2016. On 3rd May, 2016 at the request of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the matter was adjourned to today i.e. on 27/6/2016.

Today, again there is a request for adjournment. The Writ Petition is of 2009. In fact, the prayers would also become infructuous. There is no reason to keep the matter pending for the convenience of the advocate. In view of this, the Writ Petition stands dismissed and disposed of accordingly.
