This Application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 61 days caused in filing the Appeal. The learned Advocate submits that the delay is due to the time taken in obtaining administrative sanction from the authorities. There was no deliberate delay i.e. purely for the reasons assigned in the Application.

The Learned Advocate for the Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 is opposing the Application stating that no sufficient cause is shown to condone the delay.

However, considering that delay is of 61 days and is caused for the reasons stated in the Application. This Court is inclined to allow the Shubham Talle 1/2
