As the revision at the behest of the petitioner u/s 137 of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act, 1949 is pending adjudication, this Court direct the revisional authority to decide the said revision expeditiously and in any case within a period of twelve weeks from today. 4.

Learned AGP to communicate this order to the revisional authority i.e. State Government.
