1] Leave to amend to annexe modified itinerary at Exhibit-O at page No.111(A) of the present application.

2] This is an application seeking permission to travel abroad as per the intermarry at Exhibit-O at Page No.111(A) to the present application. The learned Counsel for the Original Complainant has no serious objection about the same.

3] The record indicates that, by an Order dated 12th December 2017 the applicant was permitted to travel abroad and was directed that on her return to India to deposit her passport with the Investigating Agency i.e. 1/2

It is informed by the learned Counsel for the applicant that, the applicant had complied with the said condition on earlier occasion and her passport is in the possession of Khar Police Station. 4] In view thereof, the following Order:- (i) The present application is allowed in terms of payer clause (c) read with modified itinerary at Exhibit-O at page No.111(A) of the present application.

(ii) The Investigating Agency i.e. Khar Police Station, Mumbai is directed to hand over the passport to the applicant immediately. (iii) Applicant is directed to deposit her passport within a period of one week from 31st July 2018 i.e. the date of her return to India. 5] Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
