This is an application for modification of order dated 11.7.2016.

2) By the said order dated 11.7.2016 the applicant was released on bail on certain conditions. The Condition No.(i) in Para 5 is as under :- "The applicant be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two solvent local sureties in the like amount".

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, as the applicant is inside the jail, it is very difficult for him to get the solvent surety immediately. He therefore, submitted that for a period of 6-weeks from today the applicant may be released on cash bail and during the said period the applicant will comply with condition No.(i) in Para 5 of the order dated 11.7.2016. In view of

2 /2 APPA-915-16 the above, I am inclined to modify the said condition. Hence, the following order.

(a) The applicant be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond and cash bail of Rs.25000/-. The said cash bail will remain in force for a period of 8 (eight) weeks from today.

(b) After his release from jail, the applicant shall submit the solvent surety/sureties as directed in order dated 11.7.2016 within a stipulated period of 8 (eight) weeks.

(c) Rest of the conditions imposed upon the applicant by order dated 11.7.2016 are not disturbed.
