This application for intervention is filed by the applicant who is claiming to the owner of the land bearing Survey No.8 Hissa Nos.1 and 3 at Kothrud, Pune. The case of the writ petitioners is that the petitioners are also co-owners of Hissa No.1 of Survey No.8. In the main petition only issue which arises is whether any part of Survey No.8/4 to 8 is reserved in the sanctioned development plan for the public purpose of garden. This Court is not adjudicating upon the question of title of any part of survey No.8.
