This Application is moved for condonation of delay in filing First Appeal.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is a delay of 14 days in filing the First Appeal. He prays that the delay of 14 days be condoned. He further submits that the original claimant has filed this Appeal, wherein the insurance company is the main contesting party.

For the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application and considering short days of delay, delay is condoned. Civil Application is allowed.
