Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parties, in our considered view, this petition can conveniently be disposed of by

7 WP 4368 OF 2015.doc directing respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's application dated 3.3.2015, copy of which is annexed as Exhibit "G", as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

Needless to mention that we have not gone into merits of the matter and said application shall be decided independently on its own merits and in accordance with law and after hearing the petitioner as well as M/s Sarogi Corporation.
