The appeal preferred by the petitioner under section 60 of the Bombay Police Act,1951 against the order externing her is pending before the Commissioner. The learned APP makes a statement that the Commissioner is scheduled to hear the appeal on 31st July 2019. We hope and trust that on the said date the Commissioner would proceed with the hearing of the Appeal.

In view of this statement, Writ petition is disposed of.
