Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner. None for the Respondents. Considering the avernments made and the grievance so raised and as various factual aspects are required to be gone into after hearing both the parties, therefore we are inclined to permit the Petitioner to file appeal under the provisions of Konkan Railway Corporation Limited Discipline and Appeal Rules, within two weeks. The Respondents to consider that appeal in accordance with

The Writ petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty. All points are kept open.
