1] This appeal relates to the year 2000. There is delay of 249 days in institution of this appeal. It appears that notice was issued to the respondents but records that the same was in fact served upon the respondents is not traceable. In such circumstances, the applicant / appellant is granted four weeks time to take steps to serve the respondents. In case, within a period of four weeks from today, no steps are taken and service is effected upon the respondents, this application and consequently appeal itself shall stand dismissed for non prosecution without any further reference to this Court.
