By this First Appeal, the Appellant/Claimants are challenging Judgment and Award dated 30.11.2016 passed by Railway Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in Claim Application No.O.A. (IIU)/MCC/1243/2012, rejecting Appellant's Claim Petition u/s 16(1) r/w Section 13(1-A) of Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987 and Section 124-A of the Indian Railways Act, 1989.

Considering the submissions made by learned Advocate for the Appellant, and impugned Judgment and Award dated Chitra Sonawane 1/2

a) Admit.

b) Printing dispensed with.

c) The Appellant is directed to file private paper book within one year from today, with copy to other side failing which the First Appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.

d) Registry is directed to call the record and proceeding immediately.

e)Learned advocate Mr.N.D.Sharma waives service for respondent.
