Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty to delete respondent nos. 3 and 4 from the cause title of the petition. Leave to amend is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with.

Rule. Mrs. Gavhane, learned AGP for the respondents waives service. By consent of parties, petition is heard finally. 3.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners state that the proposal submitted by the Management on 17th August, 2021 to the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Pune annexed at Exhibit 'B' to the petition has not been considered and disposed of till date. As a result of which the Management is not paying salary to the petitioner. Statement is accepted.

The respondent no.2 is directed to consider and dispose of the said proposal dated 17th August, 2021 submitted by the Management within a period of eight weeks from today, without fail and shall communicate the order that would be passed to the petitioner as well as the Management within one week thereafter. If the order that would be passed by the respondent no.2 is adverse against the petitioner, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner whether by the respondent nos. 1 and 2 or by the Management for the period of three weeks from the date of communicate of such order. 5.
Writ Petition is allowed in aforesaid terms. Rule is made absolute accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the matter. All contentions of both the parties are kept open.
