Heard. Petition is filed for quashing the FIR bearing CR. No. I-125 of 2013 registered with Kalyan Taluka Police Station. Mr.Shinde, the learned Public Prosecutor, having taken instructions from the officer concerned, makes a statement that investigation in the said CR is over and "C-Summary" Report is filed in the Court below on 18th April 2015.

In view of the above position, the grievance of the Petitioner no more survives. Petition is rendered infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed.
