By an order dated 7.9.2016 the applicant was granted interim relief. The learned APP on instructions submitted that in pursuance of the said order dated 7.9.2016 the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer and cooperated in the process of investigation and therefore, her custody is not required however, the applicant may be directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for till filing of the charge sheet.

2. In view of the above, the interim relief granted by order dated 7.9.2016 is hereby confirmed. However, the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 11.00 a.m.to 2.00p.m and to join the process of investigation.

3. It is needless to mention that that before calling the applicant to the police station the Investigating Officer to issue

2 /2ABA-1256-16-17 notice under section 160 of the Cr.P.C. by giving sufficient opportunity to the applicant for travel from Kolkatta to Mumbai.
