1. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to adopt a statutory remedy. He seeks continuation of the ad-interim order granted on 27th July, 2016 to enable the petitioners to adopt the appropriate remedy and seek appropriate interim relief. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of by passing the following order:- (i) The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed;

(ii) To enable the petitioners to move the appropriate authority for grant of appropriate interim relief, the ad-interim relief granted on 27th July, 2016 will continue to operate for a

(iii) We make it clear that the appropriate authority will decide the prayer for grant of interim relief on its own merits without being influenced by the order dated 27th July, 2016 and continuation thereof.
