cr.appln-328-14 The applicants have independent remedies open to them in law. Once the writ petition has been disposed of, this application need not be kept pending. By clarifying that it would be open for the applicants to take recourse to such legal proceedings, as are permissible in law for redressal of their grievances, we dispose of this application as well.
