The Applicant was granted bail pending the Appeal vide order dated 06/04/2022 passed in Interim Application No.754 of 2022 with Interim Application No.755 of 2022 in Criminal Appeal No.226 of 2022. The Applicant was directed to released on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with Digitally signed by MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR Date:
2022.08.23 15:15:34 +0530 one or two sureties in the like amount. Vide clause (3) of the MANUSHREE V NESARIKAR operative part he was directed to furnish cash bail in the sum of Nesarikar
2 / 2 06-IA-2525-22.odt Rs.20,000/- within a period of 8 weeks in lieu of surety. That period is over and the Applicant has not complied with that directions.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he has suffered from serious kidney aliment and therefore he was prevented from his efforts to furnish surety. Now the Applicant is successful in getting surety. He has also submitted that only formalities need to be completed. He requires some reasonable time to complete the formalities.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the Applicant, time to furnish sureties is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.

The application is disposed of.
