The Petitioner is behind bars since 12.09.2017 for the offences allegedly committed under Sections 307, 504, 506(ii) of Indian Penal Code. Record indicates that, the charge in Sessions Case No.50 of 2018 has been framed by the trial Court in 2019 itself.

In view thereof, we hereby request the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dindoshi, Mumbai seized of Sessions Case No.50 of 2018 to expedite the hearing of the said case and to make an endeavour to conclude the same within a period of one year from the date of receipt of present Order. 3.
Petition is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
