This is an application for bringing legal representative of the sole respondent on record.

The sole respondent died on 5.9.2012 leaving behind her daughter as legal representative.

For the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out sufficient

Amendment in the main Appeal shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
