Heard. By the impugned orders the petitioner's application for Arms License is rejected after taking into consideration the police report, which discloses that there is no threat perception to the petitioner.

In these circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the petition in exercise of the writ jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
