This appeal is directed against the order dated 04-07-2014, by which the learned trial Court declined to grant reliefs "ex-parte". At this stage not necessary to interfere with the impugned order, since, by now, process is already been served upon the respondents (defendants). However, the learned Trial judge is directed to dispose of the Notice of Motion seeking attachment before judgment as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of two months from N.S. The Notice of Motion may be disposed of on its own merits and in accordance with law.

The appellant is permitted to produce an authenticated copy of this order on the date scheduled before the trial Court.
