Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Regular Civil Suit No. 124 of 1980 pending before the Court of Civil Judge, Junior Division at Karad itself has been disposed of vide judgment and order dated 18th April 2015. Since the subject matter of the Writ Petition arises at the said suit would not survive, the same is dismissed as infractuous.
