Prayer is to quash and set aside charge-sheet bearing C.R. No. 39 of 2013 under section 188, 328 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Matter appears to have been filed some time in July, 2014 and has remained pending without any orders till date.

On 5/6/2017 nobody had appeared for petitioner and learned APP was present for State. Today again learned APP is present.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
