Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks Transit Anticipatory Bail in connection with D.R.I Case File No.DRI/AZU/SRU/B/INV02(INT-01)/2019 registered with the Deputy Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Surat Regional Unit, Surat, State of Gujarat, Summons issued under section 108 of Customs Act, 1962, for a period of four weeks to enable the Applicant to take appropriate steps and approach
2/3 the competent Court of law within the said period. 3.
Accordingly, the Application is allowed. The Applicant is granted transit anticipatory bail for a period of three weeks i. e. the Applicant shall not be arrested for three weeks from today to enable him to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs, on the following terms & conditions :-
O R D E R
(i) In the event of the Applicant's arrest in connection with D.R.I Case File No.DRI/AZU/SRU/B/INV-02(INT-01)/2019 registered with the Deputy Director, Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Surat Regional Unit, Surat, State of Gujarat, Summons issued under section 108 of Customs Act, 1962, the Applicant be enlarged on transit anticipatory bail, for a period of three weeks from today, on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/-, with one or two sureties in the like amount;
(ii) During this period, the Applicant shall approach the appropriate Court and seek necessary orders.

It is made clear, that this Court has not considered this Application on merits.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
